3. What are your delivery terms?
We primarily operate under the FOB (Free on Board) delivery model. However, we may consider EXW or FCA based on specific buyer requests. CIF and DAP are generally not accepted.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept secure and transparent payment models such as cash in advance, CAD (Cash Against Documents), and DIP and PAY. We do not accept LC, DLC, or SBLC instruments.
5. Do your products come with quality certificates?
Yes. All our products comply with international quality standards and are inspected by independent agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. COA (Certificate of Analysis) and COO (Certificate of Origin) can be provided upon request.
6. How can I verify your documents?
ATABAŞ GRUP uses a blockchain and IPFS-based document authentication system. Every document includes a unique QR code, ensuring authenticity and tamper-proof verification by authorized buyers.
7. How do you manage customs and storage operations?
We manage all customs and port operations through our established network in key ports like Mersin, Rotterdam, and Fujairah. From vessel nomination to SGS Survey, the entire process is handled by ATABAŞ GRUP.
