Sector Overview

Refined products for industrial-scale buyers

Petroleum products form the backbone of Atabaş Group's energy trading portfolio. Operations span the full distillation range — from light naphtha and jet fuel through middle distillates to heavy fuel oil and bitumen.

Atabaş Group has built verified supply chains across multiple refinery origins including the Mediterranean, the Black Sea, the Middle East and the Baltic region. The company operates exclusively in physical cargo trade — no speculative positions, no financial instrument issuance. Every transaction is structured through a Sale & Purchase Agreement, independently inspected and fully documented.

Supply commitments are backed by three consecutive years of independently audited IFRS financial statements and an active LEI registration (984500DB9C2D71FF8846). Counterparties can verify corporate credentials before initiating any transaction.

Common questions from procurement managers, compliance teams and fuel buyers about Atabaş Group's petroleum product supply process.

What petroleum products does Atabaş Group supply?

Atabaş Group supplies eight product lines: Diesel ULSD 10 PPM (EN 590), Gasoil D2 (ISO 8217/GOST), Fuel Oil CST 180 and CST 380, Jet A-1 aviation turbine fuel, Base Oil (SN 150, SN 500, BS 150), Light and Heavy Naphtha, Bitumen (60/70 and 80/100 penetration grades, PMB) and industrial Solvents (aromatic and aliphatic). All products are sourced from verified, licensed refineries and independently inspected at load port.

What is the minimum order quantity for petroleum products?

For bulk liquid products (ULSD, Gasoil, Fuel Oil, Jet A-1, Naphtha), the minimum is 30,000 metric tons per cargo — reflecting tanker logistics and refinery allocation economics. Base oil minimum is 1,000 MT (ISO tank or small tanker). Bitumen minimums vary: 500 MT in drums, 2,000 MT in bulk. Solvents from 20 MT in ISO tanks. Multi-cargo long-term supply contracts are available for qualified buyers.

Which delivery terms are available?

Atabaş Group offers FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight), CFR (Cost and Freight) and DAP (Delivered at Place) under Incoterms 2020. The applicable term depends on product type, origin and buyer's preferred logistics structure. Delivery terms are confirmed in the Sale and Purchase Agreement prior to cargo allocation.

Does Atabaş Group issue Letters of Credit or Bank Guarantees?

No. Atabaş Group is a physical commodity trader and does not issue or arrange Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees or similar banking instruments. Payment structures are limited to staged wire transfer, Documents against Payment (D/P) or escrow arrangements. Any offer requesting such instruments while claiming to represent Atabaş Group should be independently verified through the official contact channel.

How can I verify Atabaş Group's credentials?
